By accessing and using Jobbieland ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jobbieland provides a web-based job application tracking platform that allows users to organize their job search activities, track applications, schedule interviews, and receive reminders.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free Tier and Premium Subscription

Jobbieland offers both a Free tier and a Premium subscription:

Free Tier:

• Available to all users at no cost, forever
• Includes unlimited job applications, Map & List views, and Notes & Contact management
• No credit card required

Premium Subscription:

• New users receive a 14-day free trial of Premium features
• After the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier
• You can subscribe to Premium at any time for $2.00 per month (plus applicable taxes)
• Premium subscriptions require a credit card and automatically renew each month unless canceled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• There is no automatic conversion from trial to paid subscription

5. Cancellation and Access After Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings:

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain Premium access until the end of your paid period
• After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier
• You can resubscribe to Premium at any time to regain access to advanced features
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time
• All your data remains accessible in the Free tier - we never delete your data due to cancellation

6. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the right to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and analytics

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any loss of data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobbieland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
